After You Call
When you call 561-405-7220, you'll talk to someone who can ask about the door itself - whether it's a broken torsion spring, a cable off the drum, an opener that hums but won't lift, or a track that's bent from a car backing into it. Be ready to say whether the door is a single or a double, and roughly how old the house is. That last part matters more here than in most places: a lot of Boca Raton housing went up between 1968 and 2005, with 1976 sitting near the middle, so a lot of the doors we see still have original hardware sized for that era, not the parts big-box stores carry today.
We don't do phone diagnosis beyond narrowing down what to bring on the truck. If the spring is broken, that's usually a same-visit fix.
If the opener board is fried and the model's been out of production a while, we'll tell you that up front rather than promise a part we can't get quickly. That's the one honest limit here - some older openers need a replacement unit, not a repair, and we'd rather say so on the call than after we've opened the housing.

We work on garage doors - springs, cables, rollers, tracks, panels, and openers - for houses in the Boca Raton area. Given how much of the local stock dates to the 1968-2005 build window, a good share of the calls we take involve matching an older door to hardware that's no longer a standard stock size.
If your door is newer than that, the visit is usually more straightforward: bearings, alignment, sensor issues, that kind of thing. Either way, the call starts the same way - tell us what the door is doing, or not doing, and we go from there.
Where We Travel
We're based at 5355 Town Center Rd in Boca Raton and travel out from there. Deerfield Beach is about 4 miles up the coast, Lighthouse Point and Hillsboro Beach are roughly 7 miles out, and Coconut Creek sits around 8 miles inland. Golf is about 9 miles, Parkland about 10, and Margate around 11.
Farther out, we reach Ocean Ridge and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea at roughly 12 miles, North Lauderdale at 13, Oakland Park and Manalapan at 14, and Lantana, Wilton Manors, Tamarac, and Lauderdale Lakes around 15. At the outer edge of the run, Atlantis and Lauderhill sit near 16 miles, Lake Worth Beach and Washington Park near 17, and Greenacres and Palm Springs around 18.
The mild year-round climate here means we're not dealing with frozen tracks or ice-jammed openers the way a shop up north would - humidity and salt air near the coast are more the issue, especially for hardware on houses closer to the water. That's part of why we ask where you're located before quoting a repair; a spring near Hillsboro Beach ages differently than one 15 miles inland.
