After You Call
A quote over the phone is only as good as what you can tell us, and on a garage door there's a limit to that. We can give you a fair estimate range once we know the door's size, whether it's one piece or sectional, and roughly how old it is. Boca Raton's housing stock mostly went up between 1968 and 2005, with a lot of it clustered around the mid-1970s, so age alone tells us a good deal about what hardware is likely behind the panel.
What we can't do over the phone is price a broken spring, a bent track, or an opener that's grinding without seeing it. Torsion springs come in different wire sizes and cycle ratings depending on door weight, and two doors that look identical from the driveway can need different parts. If you want a number you can trust, expect us to ask a few questions first and, for anything beyond a simple part swap, to look at the door before we commit to a figure.
We work on residential garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, cables, and panels. We don't do commercial dock doors or gate systems, so if that's what you need, we'll tell you upfront rather than take the job and guess.
Contacting Us
Call 15614057220 to reach us directly. We're based at 5355 Town Center Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33486, and that's also where you can find us if you'd rather stop by than call.
When you call, have the basics ready: the door's approximate age, whether it opens at all, and what it's doing wrong - won't close, makes a grinding noise, sags on one side, opener runs but the door doesn't move. That's usually enough for us to tell you whether it sounds like a spring, a cable, a track alignment issue, or something in the opener itself, and to give you a realistic range before anyone drives out.
We don't send blind estimates for repairs that involve springs or cables under tension - those need eyes on the door, both for an accurate price and because guessing at spring size over the phone is how you end up with the wrong part on the truck. For a straightforward opener swap or a known part replacement, we can often quote closer to firm before we arrive.
Where We Travel
We're based in Boca Raton and work throughout the surrounding service area, which covers roughly 262,173 households and about 73,642 owner-occupied houses. That's a wide mix of house ages and door types, which is part of why we ask questions before quoting rather than posting a flat price list.
Outside Boca Raton itself, we reach nearby communities including Deerfield Beach (4 miles), Lighthouse Point and Hillsboro Beach (7 miles), Coconut Creek (8 miles), Golf (9 miles), and Parkland (10 miles). Further out, we cover Margate, Ocean Ridge, Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, North Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Manalapan, Lantana, Wilton Manors, Tamarac, Lauderdale Lakes, Atlantis, Lauderhill, Lake Worth Beach, Washington Park, Greenacres, and Palm Springs, all within about 18 miles.
The mild, temperate climate here means we're not dealing with the freeze-related hardware failures you'd see up north, but humidity and salt air do their own damage to tracks and fasteners over time, especially closer to the coast. If you're not sure whether your address falls inside our travel range, call and ask before you request a truck roll - it saves everyone time.
