After You Call
Once you call, we ask what the door is doing - won't open, stuck halfway, making noise, off the track - and whether it's a single or double door. That tells us whether it sounds like a torsion spring, a cable, a roller, or the opener itself, and what to bring on the truck so we're not making a second trip for a part.
A lot of the homes we get called to here were built between 1968 and 2005, with a big chunk from the mid-1970s. That matters because doors and openers from that era often use hardware nobody stocks new anymore - older torsion setups, discontinued track widths, opener models that are long out of production. If your door falls into that bracket, tell us the approximate age of the house or door when you call; it saves time on-site.
We'll give you a rough window for arrival, not a promise down to the minute. South Florida's mild temperate climate means we're not dealing with snow or ice delays, but traffic on a given day still affects timing. If a part has to be special-ordered because the door is old enough that the original manufacturer doesn't make it anymore, we'll tell you that on the call, not after we've already opened up the assembly.

Where We Travel
We're based in Boca Raton and work outward from there. Deerfield Beach is about 4 miles up the coast and is a regular stop for us, along with Lighthouse Point and Hillsboro Beach, both roughly 7 miles out. Coconut Creek runs about 8 miles, Golf about 9, and Parkland around 10.
Farther out, we still cover Margate (about 11 miles), Ocean Ridge and Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (both around 12), North Lauderdale (13), Oakland Park and Manalapan (14), and Lantana, Wilton Manors, Tamarac, and Lauderdale Lakes at roughly 15 miles each. Atlantis and Lauderhill sit around 16 miles, and our farthest regular stops are Lake Worth Beach, Washington Park, Greenacres, and Palm Springs, all in the 17-to-18-mile range.
The service area covers a lot of households - north of 260,000, with roughly 73,600 of those owner-occupied houses - so the door styles and ages vary block to block even within a short drive. If you're outside this list, call and ask; we'd rather tell you straight than have you wait on a truck that isn't coming.
